Adult Red Cell Disorders Program

Preparing for your visit

  • Bring your BC Services Card and photo ID to your appointment.
  • Bring any immigration documents to your appointment.
  • Bring any previous health records and immunization records to your appointment.
  • Bring a list of the medications you are taking to your appointment.
  • Wear loose clothing or bring shorts or exercise wear to make your physiotherapy assessment easier.
  • Let our office know if you have had any medical tests, blood work, or medical/surgical appointments since your last review. This will help us make sure we have all the relevant reports on your chart for our review before you come. An up-to-date chart saves time for you and our team and will give you the most thorough experience.

Transportation & parking

Remember to allow time (approximately 30 minutes) before your appointment to get from your car or transit to the clinic area. If you are new to the clinic and need directions when you arrive at St. Paul’s Hospital, ask a volunteer or reception for directions to our front door. Please remember the name of the clinic to get the best assistance.
