Our comprehensive rehabilitation services feature a 65-bed inpatient unit and expansive treatment areas, serving over 15,000 outpatient visits annually.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Our goal at Holy Family Hospital Rehabilitation is to help you get back to your everyday life. Our team of health professionals is here to support you every step of the way. We encourage you to do as much for yourself as possible.
This will help you get better and get home sooner. This model of care applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. By supporting you in your rehabilitation goals we hope to maximize your independence and safety.

Inpatient services
Our program provides intensive therapy to help older adults overcome significant challenges. These challenges often result from conditions like stroke, other neurological diagnoses, and orthopedic trauma. We also help you recover from major surgeries like hip or knee replacements, as well as leg amputations. Whether striving for full recovery or learning to adapt to and live with long-term damage, we are here to support your journey to better health and well-being.

Holy Family Hospital has services for people who stay with us as well as outpatient services for people who live at home and come to our Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic.
