Preparing for your visit

You will need to fill out the Pre-Operative Anesthetic Questionnaire.

Each endoscopic procedure has specific preparation instructions. Your doctor’s ability to see inside your GI tract depends on how well you prepare. Please follow all the preparation instructions. You will need to repeat the procedure if you do not prepare properly.
