On the day of your visit
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in. If you need help with the pre-visit survey, our care coordinator can help you fill it out. You do not need to fast or change the medications you take unless your doctor tells you to.
You will consult with a specialist. They will perform some diagnostic tests such as an ultrasound and an electromyography (EMG).
You might need to meet with a surgeon about your symptoms. If so, we try to provide a surgical consultation on the same day or within the following week. You will receive a patient handout and a personalized care plan before leaving.
