After you leave
We will send your primary care provider thorough notes about your appointment.
Before you leave, we will talk about any future appointments and care plans. We will give you clear information about medical supplies, such as splints. We also will provide discharge instructions.
We value your recovery journey. With your consent, we will follow up at the 3-month and 6-month mark to check on how you are doing. If needed, we will book you another appointment with our specialists.
