Audio-Vestibular Diagnostic Clinic

• Avoid exposure to a noisy environment for at least 18 hours before your appointment.
• Your appointment will be approximately 90 minutes long.
• If you are driving, please pay for at least 1 ½ hours of parking.

• Your appointment will be approximately one hour long.
• If you are driving, please pay for at least 1 ½ hours of parking.

• Your appointment will be approximately two hours long.
• Before you arrive for your appointment, fill out the dizziness questionnaire and VNG consent form . Complete the forms and email, fax or mail a copy to our office.

Do not take any medication to control dizziness (e.g. Gravol, Serc, etc.) for three days before your test.

Your appointment will be approximately two hours long.
