Mount Saint Joseph Hospital

 

Mount Saint Joseph is an acute care community hospital and long-term care facility, offering emergency services, acute care, long-term care, ambulatory care services and a full range of diagnostic services.

Holy Family Hospital

Holy Family Hospital is home to 126 extended care residents as well as one of the largest referral centres for rehabilitation in British Columbia.<

Youville Residence

Youville Residence is a multi-level care facility located across from Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver. It is home to seniors residents, and older adults needing specialized mental health services.

St. Vincent's: Langara

St. Vincent’s: Langara is a complex care long-term care facility located in Vancouver. The residence is home to 197 residents from a variety of cultural backgrounds, as well as a specialized unit serving 20 adult mental health clients.

St. Vincent's: Honoria Conway-Heather

St. Vincent’s: Honoria Conway is an assisted living residence for seniors who are able to make decisions on their own behalf, but need help with day to day activities.

St. Vincent's: Brock Fahrni

St. Vincent’s: Brock Fahrni is a long-term care home located on Vancouver’s west side. It is home to 148 residents, many of whom are armed forces veterans. Our programs are greatly enriched by our association with Veterans Affairs Canada, the Royal Canadian Legion and Army Navy Air Force Veterans in Canada.

St. John Hospice

St. John Hospice is a 14-bed hospice with a home-like setting and 24-hour nursing care. It offers supportive end-of-life care for people with life-limiting illnesses.
