Providence Health Care operates seven community dialysis units. This is in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health. These units cover Vancouver, the Sea to Sky corridor and the Sunshine Coast. If you are medically suitable for hemodialysis at a community unit, you can get care closer to home and save travel time. The renal programs at St. Paul’s Hospital or Vancouver General Hospital can refer you to the Units.
