Reshmi Singh

Reshmi Singh is a Registered Nurse on the St. Paul’s Hospital Thrombosis clinic team. She completed her nursing degree at Kwantlen University. She has been with St Paul’s Hospital since the beginning of her career and has previous experience working in medicine, psychiatry, respiratory, and outpatient stroke clinic.

Reshmi’s professional interests include helping patients manage their warfarin dosing, INR monitoring and injection teaching. She also maintains her current practice with up-to-date research and education materials.
