Anna Campion

Anna is originally from Dublin, Ireland. She completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Social Policy at the University College, Dublin. Throughout her early career, she worked with individuals and families facing challenges with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. Through this work she was inspired to pursue a Master of Social Work which she obtained from Trinity College, Dublin.

Anna moved to Vancouver in 2017. She worked for a community organization supporting adults with developmental disabilities. She held leadership positions and supported various programs. In 2019, Anna joined Providence Health Care, working in various settings across the organization, including Holy Family Hospital, Mount Saint Joseph Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital. In her most recent role, Anna held the position of Clinical Specialist in Adult Guardianship and Complex Care Planning. She now joins the Ethics team as MAiD Response Lead and Ethics Services Engagement Leader.

Anna loves to be outdoors hiking, camping and cold-dipping. As part of her self-care, she enjoys her weekly Djembe lessons.
