Begin the application process

Once you find a job posting that you want to apply to, proceed in clicking “apply” to be directed to the next steps.

You will be prompted to create your profile or log in with your existing profile, including a username and password. Please include any and all information you wish to be included as part of your application, and follow further instructions.

Once you have completed your profile and submitted your application, prepare to showcase how your experiences align with the job requirements. We encourage you to bring concrete examples from your life experiences and highlight how the skills you've developed throughout your career are relevant to the role you’re seeking. A great interview strategy to familiarize yourself with is the   STAR method.

Following the interview, your recruiter will provide clarity on the expected timeline for receiving a hiring decision.

Due to the volume of applications, we can’t always respond to all applications. If you are shortlisted, your application will advance for either a phone conversation with a member of our Recruitment team or you will be invited to participate in an interview.

Interviews are your opportunity to showcase your experience and ask questions about the job. At Providence, we encourage candidates to ask questions and we do our best to answer them. The interview panels will include key role holders as it pertains to the job you are applying for. We ask questions about your experience and seek to connect your experience to the new job you are applying for.

After the interview, you may be invited to advance further into the reference check stage. Those who do not pass the interview stage will receive a written or verbal update on their application.

References are intended to support the work you highlighted during the application process and to help us understand what support you may need in the new role. References must include people whom you reported to and who can speak to your work experience.
