Overview
It is important for you to understand your care team, test results, and treatment. Professional interpretation services are available at all our sites. This is a free service.
Professional interpreters explain health care discussions in your language and English. They make sure you understand the concepts being explained.
What to expect
- You can ask for language services when you book your appointment.
- The interpreter may be onsite or available over the phone or by video.
- Appointments are often longer than usual.
- Your information remains confidential.
Support for Indigenous Peoples
