Practical Knowledge Translation resources

The PHC Practical Knowledge Translation series welcomes clinicians, researchers, and other PHC staff members to learn about creative and effective ways to improve patient care through sharing research evidence and best practices. Practical Knowledge Translation lectures are held three times a year.

Next session: Clinical Solutions for Planetary Health

This presentation will relate planetary health to health systems practice. This session will also explore practical strategies that clinicians can adopt to promote both human and planetary health, such as nature prescribing.

Speaker: Raluca Radu (Planetary Health Lead, PHC) and Dr. Melissa Lem (President, Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment)

Date and Time: Friday, May 2, from 11:30AM - 12:30PM.
