Overview
Providence Health Care (PHC) is an open and accountable organization. We value respect, integrity, trust, and open discussion. We encourage you to speak up when things aren't right. Speaking up helps keep our patients, communities, and colleagues safe.
We have several options for you to tell us about issues or wrongdoing. These include:
- Reporting to your manager
- Reporting to Occupational Health and Safety (phcnobully@providencehealth.bc.ca)
- Contacting the Patient Care Quality Office
We encourage you to use these options. If these options are not appropriate in the situation, you can use the Safe Reporting Hotline. The Safe Reporting Hotline is confidential and independent. We will keep your identity private (anonymous) to the fullest extent possible.
