• Your family doctor will refer you to the centre. If you do not have a family doctor, you can go to a walk-in clinic for a referral.
• We will contact you to confirm your appointment date and time.

Please allow about 30 minutes before your appointment to get from your car or transit to the clinic area. If you're new to the clinic and need directions when you arrive, ask a volunteer or reception. Please remember the name of the clinic to get the best help.
