Preparing for your visit

What to bring with you:

  • Your BC Services Card
    • Out of Province and out of country patients need to provide their Medical Insurance information
  • A list of all your current medications
  • Your puffers
  • All doctor, X-ray or laboratory reports that you have
    • If you do not have copies of your tests, you can give us the name and telephone number of all the doctors treating you
    • Please also send the location where you have done your X-rays or blood tests if you have that information
  • All X-ray and CT Scans you have
  • A list of questions you want to ask the doctor
  • Name, phone number and fax number of your pharmacy

Transportation & parking

Remember to allow time (approximately 30 minutes) before your appointment to get from your car or transit to the clinic area. If you are new to the clinic and need directions when you arrive at St. Paul’s Hospital, ask a volunteer or reception for directions to our front door. Please remember the name of the clinic to get the best assistance.
