- You will have the opportunity to speak with our social work team. This team can support you with things like applications for housing, identification (ID), crisis grants/funding support and other needs you may have.
- When you no longer need injectable opioid agonist therapy (iOAT), we will transfer you to a community service provider. This provider will give you ongoing (longer-term) medication support.
