To get the most out of your virtual appointment and to have a smooth experience, here are some tips.

Getting ready

  • If you do not speak English and require an interpreter (at no cost to you), please let us know in advance.
  • If you need a sign language interpreter (at no cost to you), please let us know in advance.
  • Please note or think about any changes in your condition since your last visit.

What to bring

  • Notes about any changes in your condition since your last visit.
  • A list of your current medications and your BC Care Card.
  • Names of additional medical care providers that you see.
  • Questions and concerns that you would like addressed by the team.
