All patients come for an initial consultation for assessment. Before your appointment, you'll receive a computer link to complete your intake questionnaires. Please write down your passwords and user ID. Using this sign-in, we'll send educational material as well as follow-up questionnaires.

One of the pain physicians will offer you treatment if you qualify. We determine your treatment sessions based on your condition, goals, and needs. The booking clerk will call to schedule your appointments.

With any treatment, there is a follow-up to assess how beneficial the procedure was. If successful, the patient will continue with that course of treatment. If not, you can talk about different options. Then you can choose to move forward with another treatment plan.
