During your visit
The Metabolic Bone Clinic is a University of BC teaching clinic, so you will likely be seen by a resident and/or Fellow as well as the specialist (endocrinologist or geriatrician) during your initial consultation. The Clinical Skills Teaching area of St. Paul’s Hospital is a renovated, open space with large examination rooms.
Your first appointment can take up to two hours. After your visit, you may be required to undergo further testing.
