This service provides access to an integrated team. The team includes addictions medicine physicians, nurses, and social workers. They work closely with local service providers in patients’ home communities. This team will refer clients who require in-person assessment to an appropriate healthcare provider for care.

  • Same-day treatment options
  • Connection to community care for ongoing treatment
  • Social work services
