During your visit

Please book your appointment ahead of time.

You should bring:

  • Your BC Services Card or Care Card
  • Driver's licence or other government-issued ID
  • Copies of your health insurance if you are traveling from another country

Our hospitals and residences are scent-free environments. Please do not wear scented products. When you arrive, please check in with reception. A doctor who specializes in infectious diseases or a medical trainee will then see you.
