Hemodialysis

Rest when you get home. You might feel tired after hemodialysis. If you have recently started dialysis, it may take a few weeks or months before you start to feel better.

Your care team will be in touch with you on a regular basis. They will discuss nutrition, fluid intake and any other concerns you may have. Also, every six weeks, your care team will do blood work to track how you are doing.
