Healthy Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic

During your first visit, our care team will review your medical history, current diet and medications. The team includes a nurse, an exercise specialist, a dietitian and a cardiologist. Together, we will:

• Teach you about risks related to your condition
• Review your medical assessment with you
• Create a personalized exercise program
• Review your medication plan

You will also receive nutrition counselling, smoke cessation education, blood pressure education and management, and stress education to create the best possible management plan.
