BC Inherited Arrhythmia Program

• You will be registered as a patient and undergo an electrocardiogram(s) prior to meeting with the inherited arrhythmia team.
• You will undergo a complete clinical evaluation including personal medical and family history overview, medical management, education, genetic counselling and support. We will answer any questions patients and family members may have.
• As research is an integral part of the program, the research team will discuss the option of enrollment in registries. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Please allow up to two hours for your clinic appointment.

The team consists of a Cardiologist or Electrophysiologist, Genetic Counsellor, Registered Nurse, and Research Staff.

During your appointment you will meet with a team of healthcare providers, including: a heart rhythm specialist or cardiologist, a genetic counsellor and a nurse.
