St. Vincent's: Honoria Conway-Heather is an assisted living home designed for those who are capable of making their own decisions but require assistance with daily living activities. Residents contribute 70% of their post-tax income, with a cap for those with higher incomes, ensuring the services are accessible and affordable.
The facility boasts 60 unfurnished one-bedroom suites, each about 550 square feet, including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and a kitchenette. These spaces are adaptable for singles or couples, offering flexibility and comfort.
Our facility features communal areas with balconies, cozy fireplaces, and dining rooms where meals are prepared daily. The main floor offers a range of amenities including a lounge with TV/DVD and piano, a library, and a garden patio. Additional services such as hairdressing and podiatry are also available to residents.
We foster a community spirit where residents are encouraged to personalize their living spaces and actively engage with their neighbors. Our community is built on principles of inclusivity, holistic care, and diverse activities. Visitors are welcome to be present at any time – Providence Health Care does not restrict visiting hours. For entry to the site, simply push the button associated to the tenant you wish to visit at the front entrance to be let in. Of course, you must follow a few guidelines:
- Sick people need rest. You can visit often, but please respect your loved ones wishes for privacy or rest.
- If you feel unwell, have an infection, flu-like or respiratory symptoms, or any sort of communicable disease, or have recently been in contact with anyone with these symptoms, we encourage you to stay at home until you’re well again.
- We may not have the space to accommodate a large number of family members, but we’ll try our best.
